The Colonial Elementary PTA is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 24 from 5-7:30P at the school. Come by and get a photo and some candy. We will also have Junior Trooper stickers and coloring books. The Virginia State Police always looks forward to interacting with our local schools and the community.
